- Your room will be available to you at 3 pm on your day of arrival.
- We kindly ask you to vacate your room until 11 am.
- Our front desk is there for you 24/7.

dogs
- You can only bring your dog if we have a room available, so please make your reservation accordingly.
- Dogs are only allowed in our double room classic.
- On our 1st floor, you have direct outside access.
- Costs: 18 € per dog/night
- We allow one dog per room.
- If you leave your dog behind in the room, please let our staff know through the sign provided at the door for you.
- Additional cleaning fees may apply.
- You can take your dog with you to restaurant zum TREFFNER upon reservation.
Smoking
- Our hotel is a complete non-smoking establishment. Smoking is only allowed outside.
Tourist tax
- Tourist tax is 2,70 € per adult per night. It is included in all our offers.
Restaurant hours
- Restaurant zum TREFFNER is part of hotel eduCARE.
- Open from Tuesday to Saturday from 7am to 10pm.
- Kitchen time:
- lunch 11:30am - 2:00pm
- dinner 5:30pm - 8:30pm
- Breakfast buffet daily 06:30 am to 10:30 am.
Parking and charging stations
- All on site parking is free of charge.
- All our charging stations are located in front of the conference center and are also free of charge for our guests. 2 are universal and one is Tesla exclusive.
SAUNA
- Sauna and wellness are included in our room rates.
- During winter time we activate our sauna at 4pm, during summer months we heat it upon request. Just tell us, and please know, it takes about 20 min to be fully ready.
- We provide robes and towels.
Bar and TV room
- You can get a wide variety of drinks at our bar at the front desk.
- Take a seat in our TV and lounge area and enjoy your time with family and friends.
Change in pricing, fault in our system or changing offers can happen. Austrian hospitality laws apply.
Lots of space to enjoy
Take a seat and enjoy: The new deigned TV and seating area close to the front desk gives room to a lot of possibilities. Or is both a place to relax and to be entertained.
When the world is cheering at sports events, you can find our own public viewing area here. – Either soccer, skiing or bike races. You will just have a great time here.
